Use your local knowledge and professional skills to make a difference and help bring Fidium fiber internet the fastest most reliable internet to the New Hampshire market. We are currently seeking someone to be the face of our company in the local market. You will a work with sales, marketing, community affairs, operations, public relations and more. You will have a residential sales team that you will support along with local and national business partners. As the face of our company you will be in the market and provide insights into what is happening, including, who are the influencers, who should we be partnering with, what special events should we be at, where should we be working and building and what the competition is doing.
This is an entry to mid-level position offering growth potential and it provides a flexible work schedule.

Compensation is a combination of base salary and added incentives.

Responsibilities
Identifies the most effective and efficient market specific sales opportunities.
Builds brand awareness in market by creating and maintaining strong working relationships with community leaders, Home Owners Associations, Apartment Communities, strategic businesses (i.e. computer shops), media and participation in key chambers of commerce and through collaboration on planning and participation in community-based events to ensure the Company is part of the community.
Is the applicable market expert and through collaboration with local entities understands the full landscape and nuances of allocated market, inclusive of target audiences, competitors, key organizations/influencers and local media.
Meets with sales management regularly and as needed. Initiates or suggests plans, promotions and/or events to drive market product penetration.
Assists with sales tactic strategies for upcoming quotas and company goals.
Follows up with areas sales teams on a regular basis to ensure proper frequency and quality of customer contact, and to offer sales guidance and suggestions.
Leads or assists on responses to customer/client complaints and resolves them.
Maintains strong working relationships with leadership, the operations team and peers, working as a team to build a culture of success.
Acts as a public representative for the Company.
Serves as a contact for members of the public with the Company and directly interfaces with customers and strategic partners within assigned market.
Exercises constant awareness and knowledge of privacy issues while working with customer records.
Maintains a professional sales posture at all times and actively seeks out sales and partnership opportunities to grow the business.
Responsible for meeting or exceeding revenue generation quotas.
Maintains established departmental performance standards.
Utilizes strong assessment skills to continually inspect everything pertinent to the assigned market.
Will have access to network systems to access information for system price quotations. Maintains files of allocated market information and other pertinent material.
Assists with ensures sales teams have subject matter expertise on company services as well as those of competitors and the assigned market.
Demonstrates products and services at local events located at various sites within the service area. Communicates with customers or potential customers, answering questions about Company products and services.
Will be expected to travel to other CCI markets as needed to enhance revenue and customer growth within strategic areas as determined by the company. Travel will be via ground transportation and/or aircraft and will often encompass multiple day trips, including weekend days. People interested in this position should expect to travel to other markets a minimum of 25 days per year to interact with local sales teams once COVID related restrictions are lifted.
Attends local training sessions for new systems or service and/or upgrades, as required.
Participates in development of expense budgets and sales volume objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and Sales management experience preferred.
Telecommunications/cable leadership experience preferred and Residential sales experience preferred.
Strong networking and relationship skills required.
Analytical, statistical and deduction skills and the ability to make qualitative judgments needed.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills required.
Experience in implementing sales training and employee development programs.
Requires ability to multitask, as well as work efficiently and effectively.
Familiar with technology and OTT programing options.
Knowledge and ability to use computer and software applications to include Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Must have a valid state driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance.
Must reside within the Northern New England designated markets and be able to occasionally travel when conditions allow.
Must be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
Aptitude for negotiation, persuasion and business acumen.
