In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through tours, the leasing process, and move-ins. You’ll also assist with renewals, resident relations, and community events, ensuring our residents feel at home.

What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing
- Process applications, leases, and renewals accurately
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects
- Assist with marketing, outreach, and community events
- Ensure a professional and welcoming office environment
- Strong communication and people skills
- Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Detail-oriented with basic computer skills (Yardi experience a plus)
