About the Facility
The CPV Three Rivers Energy Center is a highly efficient 1,250 MW natural gas combined-cycle plant featuring two 1x1 single-shaft configurations with GE 7HA.02 gas turbines and GE A650 steam turbines, supported by air-cooled condensers.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plant equipment, including mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control systems.
- Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on all plant systems.
- Support scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, outages, and major overhauls.
- Respond to plant upsets and emergencies to ensure 24/7 operational reliability.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) of mechanical failures and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain spare parts inventory and assist with inventory control for reliability.
- Collect and record operational and instrumentation data for maintenance decisions.
- Update and maintain technical documentation, prints, diagrams, and maintenance records.
- Complete required training and qualification programs.
