- Maintain and update claim files, ensuring all necessary documentation is included and organized.
- Work closely with the compliance and legal teams to ensure all claims adhere to state and federal regulations.
- Identify and escalate discrepancies or issues in claims processing to appropriate supervisors.
- Provide regular updates on claim status and resolutions to relevant parties.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy in the claims process.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay current with industry trends and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-related software platforms.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preferred experience with Cloud Claims, Dara, and Proven BKFS platforms
