Job Summary:

The primary responsibility of the Sales Coordinator for Consolidated Admin Services is to represent Consolidated Admin Services in virtual and in-person sales opportunities, as well as prepare and distribute proposals and sales materials. The Sales Coordinator develops and maintains client relationships, leading to new opportunities and strengthening existing connections. The Sales Coordinator is an integral part of Consolidated Admin Services, providing superior service to our clients and participants.

Duties/Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential function of the job satisfactorily. This includes but is not limited to the following:

  • Represents CAS in a friendly and professional manner in-person, virtual meetings, over the phone, and in writing
  • Engage in sales-based relationships with leadership representatives, prospective clients, and agents, learning about the needs of the clients to communicate proposals about how CASs products fit their needs
  • Answering agent and prospective client questions regarding the services CAS offers
  • Conduct in-person or virtual demos to prospective clients
  • Works directly with new clients to ensure proper execution of service contracts
  • Ensures all fields are completed before sending setup paperwork and data to the onboarding team
  • Updates and manages the sales function in the CAS company database
  • Manages sales email and coordinates sales demos and meetings
  • Sends completed setup paperwork to onboarding with the email format - Subject line: Group Name, Services, Implementation Date
  • Creates and maintains connections with agents
  • Works with the CAS Implementation Team to ensure proper documentation and items needed for implementation
  • Travels for sales, renewal, trade-show and client meetings as needed
  • Collects and prepares information for requests for proposals and sales proposals
  • Develops, updates, and distributes marketing materials to distribute to potential and current clients
  • Ensures each potential client receives a proposal and makes proposals accessible by saving out in the appropriate location immediately upon communicating the proposal externally
  • Saves out and documents any updates or changes to the original proposal structures
  • Work with CAS team members from other departments, such as executive management, marketing, and finance to optimize sales
  • Maintains supplies of sales presentation materials, including slides and brochures
  • Understands how legal and regulatory changes impact services provided
  • Assists other teammates and teams as needed
  • Other duties as assigned, including special projects

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Advanced sales and customer service skills
  • Proven experience in sales
  • Proficient experience with spreadsheets and/or bookkeeping software, data entry, and word processing,

e-mail management and file management

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail skills
  • Presents a professional image
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others
