Job Summary:

The primary responsibility of the Marketing Specialist for Consolidated Admin Services is to develop and implement marketing and brand awareness efforts for CAS. As CAS Marketing Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our brand identity and messaging across all channels.

Duties/Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential function of the job satisfactorily. This includes but is not limited to the following:

  • Develop and execute CAS brand and service communication plans
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
  • Identify new advertising opportunities and evaluate performance
  • Collaborate with leadership to launch new services and initiatives
  • Conduct market research
  • Create engaging social media and email marketing campaigns
  • Produce effective press releases along with internal and external communications
  • Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events, campaigns, and sponsorships
  • Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met
  • Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g., product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
  • Lead sales initiatives to discover and connect with prospective clients, orchestrating productive meetings in collaboration with CAS Sales and CAS Executive Management team through demos, webinars, and in-person events
  • Coordinate speaking events and trade shows
  • Coordinate CAS promotional items and trade show booth displays
  • Attend trade shows, client health fairs, and other events associated with CAS for marketing campaigns
  • Use available resources to develop relevant knowledge and skills
  • Represent CAS in a friendly and professional manner in-person, virtually, over the phone, and in writing
  • Other duties as assigned, including special projects

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in marketing or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment, such as sales, administrative support, or another related field, preferred
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Advanced experience with word processing, spreadsheets, data entry, e-mail management, and file management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets simultaneously
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, web content management systems, and tools like HTML, CSS, or graphic design software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled in writing and editing content with attention to detail
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
  • Ability to travel as necessary
  • Presents a professional image
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others
