We value professionalism, quality, and adherence to building standards.Responsibilities:Professional and precise installation of all types of windows and doors (including entry, interior, and patio doors) in residential objects.Preparation and modification of openings in accordance with product specifications and building codes.Ensuring proper waterproofing and sealing of all installed products to prevent leaks and ensure energy efficiency.Performing necessary carpentry and finishing work related to the installation.Adhering to safety regulations, especially when working at heights and using specialized tools.Interacting with clients on site, maintaining a high level of professionalism and cleanliness of the workspace.Responsible transportation of materials and tools to the job site.Candidate RequirementsWork Experience: Minimum 4 years of confirmed experience in the installation of windows and doors in residential buildings.Construction Knowledge: Solid knowledge of the International Building Code (IBC) and local building regulations to ensure high quality and safety compliance.Technical Skills: Excellent proficiency in carpentry techniques and construction principles.Physical Fitness: Ability to safely and efficiently work on ladders and scaffolding, and lift heavy objects.Mandatory possession of an unrestricted Social Security Number (SSN).Possession of a valid work authorization in the USA.Possession of personal, reliable transportation suitable for transporting window and door units and equipment.Possession of a complete set of professional tools for installation.Desirable (Will be an Advantage):Possession of a current RRP (Renovation, Repair, and Painting) certificate, issued by the EPA.Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.Terms and Compensation:Competitive pay.Employment Type: Consideration for independent contractor basis (Contractual basis).
