Sr Data Analyst
High-growth fintech startup that provides financial services to the freight/trucking/logistics industry is looking for someone with data analytics experience within the Fintech industry.
Requirements:
- 10 years in analytics; 5 years hands-on with fintech/payments datasets
- Expert SQL and strong Python; owned dbt projects
- Proven ELT ownership (design → deploy → monitor) in Snowflake/Redshift/Athena
- Payments fluency: can define and defend KPIs for auth success, funding latency, reconciliation drift, chargeback/FRI, and explain trade-offs to non-analysts.
- Experimentation and causal reasoning (A/B, guardrails) for features that affect money movement.
- Data governance & security: PII handling, access controls, and audit-friendly practices aligned to PCI-minded environments.
