Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ social, emotional, and behavioral needs to inform individualized care plans.
- Provide crisis intervention and crisis management services to clients experiencing urgent or complex challenges.
- Offer addiction counseling and behavioral health support to assist clients in overcoming substance use issues and mental health concerns.
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to encourage positive behavioral changes and foster client engagement.
- Proven experience in social work or related fields with a focus on crisis intervention and behavioral health support.
- Demonstrated expertise in addiction counseling, crisis management, and client advocacy.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
