Our NY City client (Queens/Yonkers area) has engaged us to help them find a Director of Human Resources who will lead the Human Resources function for their healthcare organization. This hands-on role is an excellent professional opportunity to bring your HR and leadership skills to achieve the HR objectives.
Candidates will bring a Bachelor's Degree, 7 years of experience, strategic HR leadership experience along with business acumen for executing the human resources goals. The successful candidate will have strong project management & computer skills and will bring a collaborative style in order to work across the organization to achieve the key initiatives. Healthcare or Hospitality strongly preferred.
