We're looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team and support East Coast accounts. This is a dynamic, client-facing role combining account management, sales development, and partnership enablement.
What You'll Do:
πΉ Client Management:
β Based in Central Florida
β 3-5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales β ideally in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity/compliance
β Experience managing multiple accounts
β Commercial responsibility (quota or expansion targets)
β Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
β Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
β Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, or compliance frameworks is a plus

- Drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Monitor client health, identify risks early, and ensure successful outcomes.
- Support partner-led accounts and maintain strong external relationships.
- Own retention, expansion, and client satisfaction metrics across your portfolio.
