Position Overview
Consilium Labs is seeking a full time Partner Manager to support and expand our partner led revenue channel through strategic partnerships, resellers, referral partners, compliance platforms, and other business relationships.
The ideal candidate has experience in partnerships, business development, channel sales, or strategic alliances, and is comfortable identifying new partners, managing partner relationships, supporting partner influenced deals, and working closely with internal sales, marketing, and delivery teams.
This role works closely with leadership and the sales team to build scalable partner relationships that generate qualified opportunities and support Consilium Labs’ continued growth in SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 42001, vendor assurance, and related cybersecurity assessments.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check in accordance with applicable law.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and recruit new strategic partners, resellers, referral partners, compliance platforms, consultants, and other potential business partners
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential partners aligned with Consilium Labs’ services and target markets
- Run partner outreach through email, LinkedIn, introductions, industry relationships, events, and other relevant channels
- Guide new partners through onboarding and activation
- Provide partners with the materials, messaging, training, and resources needed to represent Consilium Labs effectively
- Manage ongoing relationships with new and existing partners
- Maintain regular partner communication to support engagement, deal flow, and long term collaboration
- Serve as a liaison between partners and internal teams, including sales, marketing, operations, delivery, and leadership
- Collaborate with the sales team on partner sourced and partner influenced opportunities
- Track partner activity, opportunities, and revenue in HubSpot or a similar CRM system
- Support partner influenced deals through introductions, follow ups, messaging, calls, and internal coordination
- Help develop partner materials, outreach templates, co marketing resources, and partner playbooks
- Identify new partner categories, market opportunities, and ways to improve the partner channel
- Provide regular updates to leadership on partner activity, pipeline, wins, challenges, and priorities
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, channel sales, strategic alliances, account management, or a similar revenue focused role
- Strong ability to identify, qualify, and develop new business relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship management and follow up skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple partner relationships and opportunities
- Comfortable working cross functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and delivery teams
- Experience using a CRM system, preferably HubSpot
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Commercial mindset with the ability to connect partnership activity to pipeline and revenue
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in cybersecurity, compliance, audit, SaaS, professional/technological services, or GRC related markets
- Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 42001, vendor assurance, or related cybersecurity assessments
- Experience working with compliance platforms, consultants, resellers, MSPs, MSSPs, advisory firms, or technology partners
- Experience supporting referral, reseller, co selling, or strategic alliance relationships
- Experience building or improving partner programs
- Familiarity with Vanta, Drata, Secureframe, or similar compliance platforms

Compensation Range
Compensation will be based on experience and may include a base salary plus performance based incentives.
