We are looking for a Retail Sales Keyholder that is passionate about creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will be skilled in working with a wide array of people, and will also have well-developed communication skills to help connect with our customers in a meaningful way. The Retail Sales Keyholder will be responsible for assiting overseeing the day-to-day operations at the store, including merchandising and inventory management as well as organizing staff. Furthermore, the right candidate must be passionate about effectively communicating store policies to staff members, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Store Manage with the daily operations of a retail store.
- Oversee the details of the retail store's organization.
- Supervise employees and train new staff.
- Maintain inventory levels.
- Supervise and control work areas.
- Secure merchandise in store.
- Maintain cleanliness of store.
- Plot daily plans for team members.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
