Patent Prosecution Group

With 80 PhD’s, 100 advanced degrees, and multi-lingual capabilities, including Chinese and German, they offer clients around the world a patent prosecution and counseling practice that is unrivaled in its depth of industry and technical experience. From the earliest stage of technical development to product clearance and licensing, their team develops a deep understanding of our clients’ business strategy so that we can customize an IP strategy for them.

Who You Are

• The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in:
• Preparing and prosecuting patent applications
• Contributing to prosecution strategy
• Providing technical and legal research and analysis with respect to matters pending before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
• Providing technical support for PTAB and litigation proceedings

Requirements

• Computer science, electrical engineering, physics, or chemical/biomedical engineering background
• Outstanding writing and analytical skills, and top academic credentials are essential
• USPTO registration is not required

Where required by law, salary ranges are stated below. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus, health/welfare benefits (including parental, adoption, and fertility benefits), flexible time off, and paid holidays. The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities/states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to the following: market data and ranges; an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience; and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications.

Compensation: $105,000.00- $135,000.00, plus bonus.
