Our client, a Long Island–based law firm, is seeking a motivated and responsible Associate Attorney to join their Melville office. The ideal candidate will bring several years of experience in insurance defense litigation, including No-Fault matters and SIU investigations. Candidates should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience conducting EUOs, providing coverage opinions to insurance carriers, and orally arguing motions in court is required.

Responsibilities include:
- Handling and managing litigation files from inception through trial.
- Preparing motions and memorandums of law.
- Conducting Depositions and Examinations Under Oath.
- Drafting Declaratory Judgment Actions.
- Drafting reports and providing file analysis.
- Court and arbitration appearances in Court and remote.
