They are seeking an associate with two to five years of experience in commercial lending, finance, corporate and/or real estate transactions to join our dynamic banking and financial transactions practice group.
The successful candidate will have experience:
- Counseling the day-to-day banking and finance legal issues
- Managing complex corporate transactions within banking and finance
- Drafting and negotiating agreements, organizational documents, and handling various corporate transactions/banking and finance documents
- Interacting directly with clients
- Candidates should possess a strong academic background and superior drafting and negotiation skills, be willing to take on significant responsibility for deal management, client interaction and work product, and be diligent, proactive, supportive and team oriented.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of corporate/banking and finance experience
- Bachelor’s and Juris Doctor degrees from an accredited school
- New Jersey admission required (within 12 months of hiring)
- New York and Pennsylvania a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with careful attention to detail.
- Exceptional client service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation: $170,000.00-$190,000.00, plus bonus.
