Business Immigration Paralegal (Sports Practice)

Summary
The Immigration Group at a premier, national, law firm is seeking a Business Immigration Paralegal with 2 years of experience to support its fast-paced, high-volume sports practice. This role will focus on preparing various employment-based visa petitions and working on consular affairs matters. This position will play a critical role in supporting attorneys and paralegals by streamlining workflow and ensuring timely case progression.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Intake cases, troubleshoot, and establish case strategy.
- Analyze case documents and prepare immigration applications for filing with the appropriate government agency.
- Draft petitions, applications and specialized support letters detailing eligibility for visa classification and other immigration benefits.
- Manage consular processing workflows for sports immigration matters.
- Monitor case statuses and proactively address scheduling or processing issues.
- Communicate with attorneys, paralegals, and clients regarding appointment logistics and updates.
- Provide general administrative and immigration support as needed.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.

Experience

- Prior immigration paralegal or administrative experience preferred, ideally in high-volume practice areas.
- Experience with consular processing strongly preferred.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree.
Compensation: $75,000.00-$90,000.00, plus overtime and bonus. The salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.
