- Offshore Hiring: Manage and execute offshore hiring initiatives, navigating international labor markets to source and hire talent for global operations.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for leadership and operational roles.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Recruitment Strategy: Design, implement, and continuously improve recruiting processes and methodologies, ensuring efficient and scalable hiring.
- Candidate Evaluation: Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and coordinate with teams for candidate evaluation, selection, and final onboarding processes..

Qualifications:
- Experience: Recruitment experience, with a focus on high volume operational roles.
