Overview The Analyst will be responsible for collecting, interpreting, and analyzing data to solve customer needs. This position will leverage streamlined processes, structured problem-solving techniques, and data management principles to drive customer value.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining clients’ ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager (ESPM) profiles, and ensuring accuracy of the profiles
- Managing and submitting ENERGY STAR award applications for clients
- Successfully submitting building data via ESPM for compliance with local energy and water benchmarking ordinances
- Work closely with customers to resolve data issues
- Present data analysis reports to internal and external stakeholders
- Develop effective actions and guidelines that enable process improvements
- Manage the customer onboarding process to Conservice ESG’s platform and oversee ongoing maintenance
- Manage customer relationships to promote and create value through strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and relationship-building
- Work with Conservice ESG’s internal leaders and teams to continuously improve company products and offerings to drive growth

Qualifications:
Qualifications The ideal candidate will have the following professional experience:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, sciences, or business
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a project environment serving customers and/or internal stakeholders (e.g., external or internal consulting or similar corporate roles with a mix of day-to-day operations and time-bound project experiences is preferable)
- Data experience is required and working with SQL is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable interest/experience in sustainability and ESG initiatives (preferred, but not required)
- Experience working with ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager a strong plus
- Demonstrable experience working across functions and seniority levels
- Understanding of process methodologies and effective use of data
- Strong experience with technology platforms such as ERPs, CRMs, or related niche technologies
- Understanding of SaaS business model
- Ability to learn and assess customer needs and a variety of business operating models
