MANAGEMENT CHANGE SPECIALIST

Overview
Management Change specialists organize the conversion of properties from one management to another. You will work with the new management to ensure we set up the property accurately. You will also coordinate closely with Account Managers and Synergy Managers to help clients understand the Synergy process. Be part of a collaborative team that is dedicated to quality customer service.
Responsibilities
As a Management Change specialist, you will:
- Contact clients and account managers to gather the necessary information
- Input Setup and Funding information into the Conservice database
- Help clients understand the Synergy process
- Act as the point of contact during the property transition process
