Come be a part of a team that helps specialists in the Onboarding and Dispositions Teams. Conversion Coordinators assist specialists (Owner Conversion, New Construction, Management Change, as well as Disposition Specialists) with maintaining their properties by working with utility providers to make sure that the correct information is gathered and provided, and that properties are set up correctly within our systems.
The Coordinator position is a great opportunity to build your knowledge base of the Onboarding Department and will provide you with many advancement opportunities. The main proprietary programs that we use on a day-to-day basis are System Health, Launch, and Yoda.
Responsibilities
As a Conversion Coordinator, you will:
- Request and confirm accounts are transferred
- Update accounts with authorization for Conservice
- Update accounts to the Conservice Mailing Address
- Complete other standard data entry tasks using setup information
- Communicate with Specialists
- Set up Customer Service Agreements (CSAs)
- Obtain the first or final bills from the utility provider
- Correctly entering data into Conservice programs
- Leave detailed yet summarized notes
- Send formatted emails to utility providers
- Call utility providers in a professional and efficient manner

- Basic understanding of the Owner Conversion and New Construction Processes
