Location: Logan UT
Wage: $19.40 per hour
Shift: 8am-5pm MT

Responsibilities
- Professional internal and client correspondence
- Property and management maintenance for accounting
- Verify and send ACHs
- Handle a variety of situations including ones we haven't seen before with credits and charges
- Special accounting requests and projects as needed
- Maintain a CX score of 90% or higher
Qualifications:
Job Requirements
- Proven track record of great customer service
- Accountable and attentive to staying on top of work
- Exceptional attention to detail
- 1 year of client relations experience required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Escalation resolution experience preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft suite of products helpful but not required
- Project management experience helpful but not required
High School Diploma or GED
