Ideal candidates will be familiar with email or text marketing, possess excellent writing and proofreading skills, and have basic knowledge of HTML. While this describes the ideal candidate, we provide all the tools necessary for anyone interested in expanding their skillset.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage marketing emails and text campaigns on behalf of clients from start to finish
- Maintain reporting on deliverability, engagement, and other performance metrics
- Strictly enforce QA process for all deployments to ensure content is accurate
- Interact in staff meetings to improve task processes and promote team collaboration
- Compile user data and content performance to create targeted segmentation logic to maximize future deployments
Applicant Requirements:
- Self-starter that is organized, flexible and results-driven
- Ability to manage multiple requests under tight deadlines and minimal supervision
- Acute listening, written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and eye for flagging edits
- Experience with HTML and/or email service providers appreciated but not required
- Bachelor's degree appreciated but not required
