We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our Tennessee team. This role supports patient care across both our Lebanon and La Vergne clinics, helping us maintain continuity, coverage, and consistent treatment quality. Candidates must be comfortable with routine travel between locations as needed.

What You'll Do
- Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide patient-centered rehabilitative care for musculoskeletal and work-related injuries.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on response and functional outcomes.
- Document treatments, evaluations, and patient status within the EMR accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with clinic providers to support return-to-work pathways and functional capacity.
- Educate patients on movement safety, recovery strategies, and self-management techniques.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic approach in every patient interaction.
- Travel regularly between Lebanon and La Vergne clinics based on scheduling needs.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Active Tennessee Physical Therapist (PT) license.
- Strong assessment, clinical decision-making, and treatment planning skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and efficiently manage patient schedules.
- Professional communication skills with patients, providers, and employer clients.
- Experience in occupational health, orthopedic rehab, or work-injury recovery.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between clinic locations.
- 3–5 years of physical therapy experience (orthopedic or occupational focus ideal).
- Experience in occupational health or work-injury recovery.
- Familiarity with return-to-work protocols.
- EMR experience.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
