What are the responsibilities and job description for the Irrigation Lead Technician position at Conserva Irrigation of Douglas County?
We're a water-conservation-focused irrigation company serving Douglas County's residential and commercial clients. We're hiring one experienced Lead Irrigation Technician for the May–October season.
What you'll do Perform system startups, mid-season adjustments, winterizations, diagnostics, and upgrade installs. Represent the brand professionally in the field — you'll work independently with minimal supervision.

What we're looking for
- 3 years of residential irrigation experience
- Ability to diagnose and repair all major system components
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean record
- Strong communication skills — you're the face of the company
- Ambition to grow — we want our first hire to become a cornerstone of the team
Pay range: $27.00–$34.00/hr (base commission; total compensation varies based on performance)
