Regional Service Leader – HVACR (Southeast U.S.)

We’re a rapidly growing commercial HVACR company with operations throughout the Southeastern United States, serving clients in Florida, Georgia, the Carolinas, Tennessee, and surrounding areas. Known for our commitment to quality, safety, and reliability, we are seeking a results-oriented Regional Service Leader to oversee a $25M service operation and help drive strategic growth across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- P&L Ownership : Lead regional financial performance, manage budgets, and drive profitability across multiple branch locations.
- Market Expansion : Cultivate customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and support growth into emerging markets.
- Service Operations Leadership : Oversee field service, dispatch, and support functions to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery.
- Team Development : Mentor and manage branch leaders and service technicians, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and performance.
- Strategic Planning : Partner with executive leadership to forecast growth, plan staffing, and allocate resources for continued expansion.
- 5 years in HVACR, mechanical contracting, or MEP operations leadership
- Demonstrated success managing P&L and meeting revenue/margin goals
- Experience leading multi-branch or multi-state service operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship skills
- Willingness to travel 40–60% throughout the Southeastern U.S.
