About This Role
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Civic Market team in Seattle, WA. In this role you will lead complex design-build projects from inception through completion. This role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in managing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring project delivery on time, within budget, and to highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Oversee all phases of design-build projects, including planning, design coordination, procurement, construction, and closeout.
- Budget & Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules; proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Contract Administration: Manage design-build contracts, change orders, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Quality & Safety: Enforce quality control standards and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
- Team Development: Mentor and guide project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field, Master’s preferred.
- 5 years of progressive project management experience in construction.
- Proven track record managing large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore).
- Deep understanding of design-build processes, contracts, and risk management.
Expected compensation range is between $100,000K- $150,000K annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
