About This Role
Consertus is looking for an experienced Scheduler for an onsite project in Miami, FL. As part of a project controls team, you’ll develop and maintain project, program and construction schedules in Primavera P6. Coordinate with Stakeholders to develop project phasing, update project and program schedules.

About This Role
Consertus is looking for an experienced Scheduler for an onsite project in Miami, FL. As part of a project controls team, you’ll develop and maintain project, program and construction schedules in Primavera P6. Coordinate with Stakeholders to develop project phasing, update project and program schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduling and/or other controls functions on management of large and multipackage construction projects
- Perform critical path analysis and prepare variance reports
- Perform cost and resource loading and develop cash flow reports
- Identify project changes, trends, and risks
- Review and analyze contractors’ baseline, progress update and time impact analysis submittals
- Prepare schedule reports for management
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or other relevant fields is required
- Industry certifications (e.g. PSP, PMI-SP) preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in scheduling/project controls in fields such as transportation, aviation, or vertical construction projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Schedule Analyzer Pro, or Acumen
