Senior Solutions Delivery Specialist

Job Description: Role Overview: Consertus is looking for an engaged and self-motivated individual to help lead large and complex PMIS implementations for some of the world’s largest capital-intensive organizations. This includes providing industry guidance, technical expertise to a customer, while managing a dedicated project team. This resource will help shape the future of these large organizations and help shepherd the implementation of PMIS solutions through the entire project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Develop thorough and comprehensive design documentation for technical solutions Adhere to a Roles & Responsibilities Matrix, and communicate clearly about deviations Configure and implement complex solutions with minimal oversight, including identifying requirements Consistently deliver high-quality, error-free deliverables based on stakeholder requirements Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions and product walkthroughs, create detailed test scripts, and execute accurate testing—both for your own work and that of your peers Serve as a deep technical advisor to Solution Owners, providing expertise in your primary technology platform (such as Unifier, Adapters, etc.) and demonstrating strong capability in a secondary technology Proactively identify and resolve project blockers with creative, effective solutions Demonstrate a strong understanding of one business area, as well as a working knowledge of at least two other business domains Provide guidance and mentorship to upskill other developers and team members Required Skills and Experience: 5–8 years of hands-on PMIS project delivery experience Track record of maintaining 40 billable hours per week Successfully delivered 5 or more complex PMIS implementations with Primavera Unifier Experience with Data Migration, Integrations, and Reporting 1-3 years of experience in the construction industry Ability to travel for work between 3-8 days a month. Nice to Have: Experience with building Integrations Power BI experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology (or equivalent).
