Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Manager located in Manasquan, NJ. The Front Desk Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily front office operations, providing exceptional patient service, and managing scheduling and administrative tasks. This includes supervising front desk staff, ensuring smooth patient check-ins and check-outs, maintaining organized records, and addressing any administrative issues to ensure seamless office functionality.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, including proficiency in managing schedules and maintaining records
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to ensure a positive patient experience
- Ability to lead and manage a team, with experience in staff supervision and training
- Proficiency in office software and tools, including scheduling systems and communication platforms
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a healthcare or medical office setting is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher is preferred
