Responsibilities:
- Reporting directly to the Chief Compliance Officer, managing a small team with cross-support and collaboration from other compliance and risk team members
- Lead data-driven compliance risk identification by applying advanced analytics and modeling to proactively detect, quantify, and mitigate ethics and compliance risks
- Leverage internal and external data sources to identify potential misconduct, control gaps, and sources of financial or regulatory exposure
- Own enterprise compliance dashboards and reporting, delivering real-time visibility into key risk indicators (KRIs) and actionable insights for leadership
- Design and enhance continuous monitoring capabilities, including automated alerts and integration across enterprise systems (e.g., Origami, SAP, ServiceNow, EthicsPoint)
- Lead enterprise ethics and compliance risk assessments, including risk identification, prioritization, and oversight of remediation efforts to ensure sustainable resolution
- Oversee the Ethics Helpline, ensuring effective intake, triage, escalation, and reporting in alignment with Company policy and regulatory expectations
- Manage the policy governance framework, including policy lifecycle management, distribution, and acknowledgment tracking
- Oversee the ethics and compliance training program, including content strategy, deployment, tracking, and effectiveness measurement
- Develop and deliver clear, concise, and legally sound communications, including policies, procedures, reports, presentations, and training materials
- Lead strategic initiatives and special projects as directed by the Chief Compliance Officer
Requirements:
- Essential education: Bachelor’s degree
- Preferred education: Advanced degree (e.g. JD or Masters)
- Minimum five years of relevant compliance experience, where you have built a strong working knowledge of regulatory expectations and compliance frameworks, including the DOJ Evaluation of Corporate Compliance Programs
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) required within 12 months of employment; company will pay for this
