Role Description
We are seeking three (3) Document Reviewers for upcoming litigation projects at our Fort Lauderdale office. This role is ideal for experienced paralegals or licensed attorneys with document review or e-discovery experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
These are temporary, hourly, onsite positions expected to last approximately 6–9 months, with the potential to convert to a full-time role for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Review and code documents for relevance, privilege, and confidentiality
- Conduct first-level review using e-discovery platforms (Relativity)
- Identify key information in reviewed documents and communicate findings to review managers
- Follow project protocols and maintain quality and productivity standards
Qualifications:
- Licensed attorney in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction or experienced litigation paralegal
- Prior document review or e-discovery experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow review protocols
- Reliable, professional, and able to commit to the project timeline
