This luxurious oceanfront retreat offers a world of style, service and connection with globally inspired architecture and design. The hotel has 290 rooms with an expansive pool terrace with private cabanas, a 6th floor fitness center, a tranquil boutique Spa, over 10,000 square feet of meeting space, and 5 food and beverage outlets. This includes a restaurant, pool side grill, cocktail lounge, marketplace, and in-room dining.

The Arrival Ambassador will organize and oversees group arrivals/pre-assigned groups to ensure total group satisfaction. Ensures that all guests are confirmed and specific accommodations are pre-assigned, and all requests for special accommodations are met daily. Answers and dispatches telephone calls. Maintains call logs and ensures guest satisfaction through follow up calls. Resolves guest challenges throughout their stay in our Hotel, and provides prompt and courteous service to meet Company's high standards.

- Shift: Various – must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
