Traveling Superintendent

Territory: Michigan

Compensation:

• Base salary: $110,000–$125,000 , depending on experience
• Travel expenses covered
• Vehicle allowance
• Food/per diem allowance

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects across the Midwest regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing ground-up and renovation projects while ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met.

Qualifications

• 4 years of applicable construction experience as a Superintendent or in a similar field leadership role.
• Experience in one or more of the following sectors:
• Senior Living
• Hospitality
• Multi-Family
• Retail Construction (large-format projects such as Large box retail, and similar national retailers)
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, coordinate project schedules, and maintain high-quality standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout assigned regions.
