Location: Laurel, MD
Salary: $140,000–$180,000 Bonus Excellent Benefits, ESOP
Are you a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) looking to lead exciting projects and make a lasting impact? We're partnering with a respected multidisciplinary engineering firm seeking a Senior Licensed Surveyor to join its growing Laurel, MD office!
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage survey projects from proposal through final delivery.
- Oversee boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic and construction surveys.
- Mentor and develop survey staff while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Review plats, legal descriptions, and survey documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
What You'll Bring
- Maryland Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license (or ability to obtain via reciprocity).
- 8 years of land surveying experience.
- Strong knowledge of boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and construction surveys.
- Experience managing projects, budgets, and survey teams.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
