Conquest Insurance is looking for a Crop Insurance Analyst to work out of our Blackfoot, Idaho office.
Looking for an office position that requires attention to detail, analytical and deductive skills, and variation in your daily routines? This could be for you. The Analyst will assist with the processing of crop insurance policies, both entering information into insurance company websites and filling out federally mandated forms. They will also be doing background work to enable the sales staff to sell the many types of policies we offer, and they will process/send claim payments to our clients. The Analyst must be able to work well under pressure to meet government-mandated deadlines. No prior experience in insurance is required; we will train you. While obtaining a state insurance license is mandatory, this is not a sales position – all service team members are salaried.
Skills/Requirements:
· Self-motivated with the utmost of integrity and honesty
· Experience working in an office situation with other team members
· Outstanding communication skills both written and oral
· Computer knowledge with Microsoft Office
· Time management skills utilizing positive attitude
· Within 90 days of hire, study and pass the property and casualty exam to become a licensed agent
