Conquer is a fast-growing leader in consumer and business debt resolution, empowering companies and individuals to regain financial control. We are launching a new Business Debt Resolution Division focused on helping over-leveraged businesses escape crushing high-interest debt, Merchant Cash Advances (MCAs)
This is a founding leadership role with full P&L ownership and the opportunity to build a high-impact division from the ground up.
The Role
As the Founding Executive of Conquer’s Business Debt Resolution Division, you will be the visionary and operator responsible for launching, scaling, and owning every facet of this new business line. You will report directly to the CEO and have autonomy to build your team, systems, and go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Strategy & Positioning: Identify target industries (e.g., restaurants, retail, construction, healthcare), develop messaging, and establish Conquer as the go-to solution for business debt relief.
- Sales & Pipeline Development: Build and lead a high-velocity B2B sales engine (inbound outbound). Personally close early deals to prove the model.
- Negotiation Leadership: Oversee complex creditor negotiations involving MCAs, UCC filings, bank loans, and structured settlements. Achieve 50–70% debt reductions for clients.
- Compliance & Legal Oversight: Ensure full adherence to FTC, CFPB, state licensing, UDAAP, and TCPA regulations. Partner with counsel to structure compliant programs.
- Operations & Systems: Design workflows, CRM integration, performance dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
- Team Building: Hire and mentor top talent in sales, negotiation, underwriting, and compliance.
- Financial Modeling & Reporting: Own revenue forecasting, unit economics, ROI reporting, and investor updates.
Who You Are
- 5 years in business debt resolution, restructuring, MCA mitigation, or commercial workout environments
- Proven negotiator with a track record of securing $1M in creditor concessions across MCA stacks, bank debt, and vendor obligations.
- Entrepreneurial operator – you’ve built or scaled a P&L, hired teams, and thrive in ambiguity.
- Deep compliance DNA – fluent in state licensing, FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule, and UDAAP risk mitigation.
- Sales DNA – comfortable selling $25K–$250K resolution programs to business owners in distress.
- Data-driven – you live in Excel, CRM dashboards, and cohort analysis.
- Equity-minded – excited to earn significant ownership in a high-growth division.
Compensation & Upside
- Base Salary: $120,000 – $180,000 (DOE)
- Performance Bonus: Uncapped, tied to revenue and savings milestones
- Equity Earn-Out: To be discussed prior to hiring
