Job Summary
The Dietary Aide is a very important position in our facility. Listed below are some of the job responsibilities that may include but not limited to:
- Ensure that all food procedures are followed in accordance with established policies.
- Assist in assembly of meal trays utilizing the planned menus of physicians’ diet orders.
- Deliver meals and nourishments to designated facility locations.
- Assist in the preparation of food items, as directed.
- Ensure excellent communication among staff, residents, and families.
- Respect others by treating them the way we want to be treated.
- Demonstrate kindness, compassion, honesty, and integrity at all times.
- Help create a culture of superior customer service not just to residents but families, Drs, Other staff at the facility.
