Front Desk Coordinator - Conover Dental
Mon-Thurs. Two-doctor, family-focused dental office in Conover, NC.
You'll run the front desk: check patients in and out, manage the schedule, handle insurance and payments, and keep things moving. Dental experience preferred, but strong customer service background considered.
You'll do:
- Check-in/check-out and phones
- Daily scheduling for our two providers
- Insurance verification, breakdowns, treatment plans, co-pays
- Patient records in Open Dental
You bring:
- Dental front office experience preferred (CDT codes, benefit breakdowns)
- Or: strong customer service experience, fast learner
- Organized, friendly, comfortable multitasking
