Job Summary Provides technical services to the Executive Leadership Team and supporting staff members, as well as the Board of Directors. In this position, you will be a team member on a broader Executive IT Support team as well as on a cross-functional enterprise infrastructure operations team.
Position Overview
Your responsibilities may include :
- Provide deskside and remote support for personal computing environments
- Perform technical support, assembly, installation, repairs of computers, printers, mobile devices, networking, and peripheral hardware assemblies
- Basic troubleshooting of software - primarily the Microsoft O365 suite
- Maintain and manage hardware inventories of IT assets - both on-site and remote
- Handling technically complex desktop support issues
- Work independently and partner with other IT support teams in Bartlesville and Houston to provide seamless support to users
- Provide training and consultation to end users
- Provide expertise in the selection of hardware and software solutions that maximize efficiency and meet customer needs while limiting security exposure
- Implement small to medium projects and initiatives efficiently with minimal impact to customers.
- Identify creative solutions to urgent technical challenges
