Role Description This is a Sales Marketing Manager role based in West Michigan. This role will start purely commission based, but can have the potential to grow into a larger role. The Sales Manager will lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, including identifying potential clients, conducting outreach, and building a strong pipeline of business opportunities. This role will manage client relationships, understand their video content needs, prepare and present proposals, and negotiate contracts in collaboration with the production team.

Qualifications
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate client needs into clear proposals.
- Experience managing a sales pipeline, using CRM tools, and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and collaborate effectively with internal creative and production teams.
- Understanding of video production, digital marketing, or brand storytelling is strongly preferred.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
