Young man in Saxonburg PA seeks a part-time Service Support Professional for assistance and support with activities of daily living in his home and within the community so that he can increase his community interaction and gain independence.
He is requesting transportation and assistance during appointments, errands and social/recreational activities.
Details:
Do you have flexibility in your schedule? Are you looking for an as needed position? Hours could be daytime, weekend and evening hours each week, or fill in for absent staff. Hours available every week, Sunday through Saturday.
Mileage while person is being transported – must have reliable transportation and valid PA license
