Full-Time Medical Assistant for a Fast Paced Dermatology Office.
A Medical Assistant plays a pivotal role in the smooth operation of the clinic, supporting our providers, and providing high-quality patient care. Candidates are proactive professionals who can handle a mix of clinical and administrative duties such as:
- Accurately rooming patients & documenting medical history
- Scribing accurately and efficiently while documenting in real-time
- Managing specimens & providing results
- Preparing and cleaning treatment rooms and medical instruments
- Assisting with procedures, performing suture removals, and providing patient education
A great candidate would:
- Possess professional communication & interpersonal skills
- Be proficient with computers and EHR/EMR systems: ModMed EMA
- Pay meticulous attention to detail, have ability to multitask, and manage time effectively
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality
1-2 years of experience in a dermatology or procedure-heavy outpatient specialty is highly desirable. Strong new graduates with relevant externship experience are also encouraged to apply
Days: Monday-Friday
Weekends: Rotating Saturday shifts required
Location: Medford, NJ
Travel: Required up to 45 minutes between office locations.
Hours: Flexible, anytime between 7:00am-6:00pm
