Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Consultant role based in Lubbock, TX. The Marketing Consultant will work directly with local and regional businesses to understand their objectives and develop integrated marketing solutions using Connoisseur Media’s audio and digital platforms. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying new leads, conducting client needs assessments, crafting proposals, and presenting strategic marketing plans that align with client goals. The role involves managing campaigns from concept through execution, coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate trafficking and scheduling, and monitoring performance to optimize results. The Marketing Consultant will maintain ongoing client relationships, provide exceptional service, and stay informed about industry trends, competitive activity, and market opportunities.

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and effective presentation abilities.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with a focus on relationship-building, responsiveness, and delivering solutions that support client success.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, consultative selling, negotiation, and closing, ideally within media or advertising environments.
• Candidates should possess Marketing skills, such as understanding digital and audio advertising, branding, audience targeting, and campaign performance metrics.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills to coordinate multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and collaborate across internal teams and external partners.
• Relevant qualifications include prior experience in media, advertising, or marketing consulting; familiarity with CRM systems and basic analytics tools; and strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience in a consultative sales or marketing role.
