Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Direct Primary Care

Part-Time or Full-Time
Connect Health Direct Primary Care is a growing, physician-owned DPC practice looking for a NP or PA to join our team.
We offer a different approach to primary care — more time with patients, less insurance hassle, and a focus on quality relationships rather than high-volume medicine.
What You'll Do
- Provide primary and urgent care
- Manage acute and chronic conditions
- Perform wellness/preventive visits
- Prescribe medications and review labs
- Perform minor office procedures as appropriate
- Provide patient education and telehealth when appropriate
- Build long-term relationships with patients
- Maintain appropriate medical documentation
What We're Looking For
- Licensed NP or PA in Alabama
- Board certified
- Comfortable practicing independently
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Friendly, reliable, and patient-focused
- Primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, or urgent care experience required
