What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer Bartender position at Connies Cafe and Lounge?
A Bartender at Connies is an excellent people person. They’re known for being able to whip up a range of cocktails, pour the perfect pint of beer, know the old timers and greet them with a pint. However, this isn’t all a they do. They’re also excellent at prepping their space and keeping it clean and organized throughout their shifts. A Connies bar tender recognizes customers don't just drop by for a quick pint and leave - they are stopping by for an experience - comfy space with good music, friendly staff and recognition. A Connies bartender facilitates that.
Essential parts of a Bartender’s job description:
- Excellent communicator, able to make customers feel welcome in the bar.
- Recommend food and drinks
- Knowledge of a range of cocktails recipes, ability to prepare these at an efficient speed without impacting quality.
- May have the freedom to advise and create new recipes.
- Team player.
Pay: $7.25 - $10.00 per hour
