Connie’s Custom Cleaning is a growing residential and commercial cleaning company seeking a Field Operations Manager to oversee daily field operations, prepare crews for success, and ensure quality standards are met.
This is a hands-on leadership role that starts early, prepares teams and equipment, and then goes into the field to inspect work, train employees, and support daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrive early to prepare daily operations
- Pull, stage, and organize cleaning supplies and equipment for crews
- Ensure all equipment is clean, stocked, and in working order
- Assign teams, review job details, and dispatch crews
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training new employees
- Train employees in proper cleaning techniques and company standards
- Travel to job sites to inspect work and perform quality control checks
- Coach employees in the field and correct issues in real time
- Communicate with the office regarding job status, staffing, and issues
- Handle last-minute schedule changes or call-outs
- Track inventory and report restocking needs
Requirements
- 3 years experience in cleaning, janitorial, facilities, or service operations
- Prior supervisory or field leadership experience required
- Experience hiring and training employees preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Physically able to lift supplies and work in the field
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Comfortable using a smartphone, apps, and basic scheduling tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Job Details
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: $18–$23 per hour, based on experience
- Schedule: Early mornings required; Monday–Friday (some flexibility needed)
- Work Location: Field-based (Southaven & surrounding areas)
