Seeking someone who would like to manage a BYU-I approved housing complex!
Shelbourne Apartments - Men's & Women's Single Student Housing
25 - 30 hours per week average (additional hours required during check-ins and checkouts)
- Married
- Professional, friendly, personable, kind
- Organization skills, good time-management, problem solving skills, ability to sell
- Ability to perform all the tasks of management including; check-in and checkout procedures, apartment clean checks, property maintenance, respond to emergencies, interact with residents, host events, create social media content, etc.
- Invested in the important work of building a positive and uplifting culture at the complex
- Detail oriented for daily paperwork, computer based contracting and student portals
- Must be willing to uphold BYU-I living standards
- Must live onsite
- Work 4 consecutive office hours on weekdays additional outside of office hours for completing the daily work as well as weekly and monthly manager trainings
**Compensation is free rent and utilities plus a monthly salary**
