Shipper/ReceiverLocation: Acton, MAPay Rate: $19–$21/hrSchedule: Flexible hours starting 6:30–7:00 AM, ending 3:00–3:30 PM; consistent schedule requiredDuration: Temp-to-PermAbout the Role:We are seeking a motivated Shipper/Receiver to join our team. This role is responsible for managing all outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy of received materials, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced shipping environment.Responsibilities:Manage and track all outgoing shipments.Verify received parts/materials against packing lists.Wrap and pack components for shipping.Maintain a safe and professional work area.Ensure compliance with safety procedures, proper equipment use, and good housekeeping.Use software to prepare, track, prioritize, and route orders.Manage important shipping documents such as advanced sales orders, pick slips, and bills of lading.Coordinate and process returns.Inspect labels, barcodes, packaging materials, and other features of completed orders.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:2 years of shipping or receiving experience preferred.Experience with international shipping a plus.Familiarity with DHL, FedEx, and UPS shipping processes.Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
