This role is responsible for inspecting manufactured components, verifying product quality against blueprint specifications, and ensuring proper documentation practices throughout the inspection process. The ideal candidate will have prior inspection experience in a manufacturing environment and strong attention to detail.ResponsibilitiesInspect manufactured products for dimensional accuracy, workmanship, and finish.Ensure product moves through the inspection process efficiently to meet production schedules and customer delivery timelines.Perform incoming material inspections, review certifications, and document findings.Issue DMR or NCMR reports in the ERP system when necessary.Conduct in-process inspections during production.Review product certification packages and release products for shipment in the ERP system.Maintain accurate electronic and physical quality records in accordance with Good Documentation Practices.File and organize certification documentation for QA records.Assist the Lead Inspector and Quality Manager with additional quality tasks as needed.Perform other duties as assigned.Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent (required)2–4 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferredStrong attention to detail and consistencyExperience using basic inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other measuring equipmentAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical specificationsExperience working in a small to mid-sized production environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience using Visual Measuring Systems or similar inspection technologyAdditional InformationNo drug test requiredOpportunity to convert to a permanent position based on performance
